Trauma Resus attains ISO9001:2015 accreditation
This month we retained our status as an ISO9001 accredited organisation, re-certifying our organisation to the latest 2015 standard
We are delighted to announce that in February we retained our ISO9001 accreditation, re-certifying our organisation to the latest 2015 standards. This internationally recognised standard will benefit our customers and help us to continue to be the best in our field.
This independent assessment was conducted by the leading Certification Body, the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.
Trauma & Resuscitation Services Ltd has now earned the right to continue to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau ISO 9001:2015 certification mark to demonstrate its conformance to the standard.
ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
Trauma Resus has demonstrated that it has good product and service reliability, alongside process controls, which means lower costs for customers!
Director of Operations, Rob Griffiths said, “We are particularly pleased to have achieved the latest version of the ISO9001 certification. We have had ISO9001 certification since 2014 and it underlines our commitment to our customers and our focus on quality. This recognition demonstrates we can provide a quality solution from quotation to delivery.”
